Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy
Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been placed.
All pre-order items are specially ordered from our supplier based on your request.
However, if we have not yet placed the order with our supplier, it may still be possible to cancel your pre-order. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status.

Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the 14-day period has passed.
All returned items must:
- Be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging,
- Include all original parts, accessories, pre-order bonuses, and receipts.
If the seal has been broken, or if the item is incomplete, we cannot accept the return, exchange, or issue a refund.

Return Process

We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at (ncatelie.19@hotmail.com) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used items
- Personalized or customized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
CNCBL Shop reserves the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our policy guidelines.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging—and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Handmade and Custom Orders
For handmade, customized, or special orders (including custom quantities), returns and exchanges are not accepted, as these products are made or ordered specifically for you.

Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we can reship the item (additional shipping charges apply) or issue a refund under the above conditions.
