Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Pre-orders, custom-made items, personalized products, and products ordered specifically from suppliers may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the customer must refer to the Refund Policy for return eligibility.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests when the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
